Social Media Manager at tappi

• Make magic happen on IG/FB, TikTok, Linkedin, and any other social media channels by driving tappi's visibility and awareness to our target audience.
• In charge of making our website engaging with blog content and interactive sessions.
• Grow and engage our tappi community on WhatsApp & E-mail Marketing.
• Sustain a high engagement rate & follower growth by ideating and creating actionable content marketing strategies aligned with the marketing key results.
• Share product updates with our merchants on Email/In-app notifications.
• Create customer success stories and product demo videos.
• Have good design skills on Canva/Illustrator/ Photoshop/Capcut to create branded content for our social media platforms.

• Not afraid to be in front of the camera.
• Entry-level is okay, but we prefer someone who has familiarity with social media, influencer marketing, and content creation.
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude motivated to be the very best at what they do and don’t do.
• Excel at Excel, Google analytics, Meta business suite.
• Heaping amounts of creativity and analytical know-how to assess campaign results.
• Knowledge of how to function of Later, Strapi, Brevo, firebase, or some other online planning software.
• Needs to be based in Nairobi.
