- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and report this feedback to management.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical team to resolve customer issues related to internet connectivity and service disruptions.
- Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Diploma or degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
