Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute effective land sales strategies to meet company targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities for land acquisition and resale.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the sales team, ensuring accountability and performance.
Team Leadership
  • Supervise, mentor, and train sales executives to enhance performance.
  • Oversee team activities including site visits, client follow-ups, and deal closure.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings and provide continuous coaching and support.
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance through the land purchase process.
  • Negotiate and close land sales deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently to uphold the company’s reputation.
Site Visits & Land Promotion
  • Oversee and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies for available land parcels.
  • Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns to generate leads.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Track and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
  • Monitor land market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to adjust strategies.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market demand to inform business decisions.
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all land transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accurate documentation of sales agreements and related client communications.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Land Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in selling Land (a must), with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the land market.Strong knowledge of Kenyan land laws and transaction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
KPI Description
  • Attain monthly and quaterly sales targets (in value and volume).
  • Maintain a conversion rate of ≥30% from qualified leads.
  • Conduct at least 10 client follow-ups weekly and resolve inquiries within 48 hrs.
  • Generate 5+ new leads from untapped market segments monthly.
  • Submit weekly sales performance reports.
