- TB Distributors is currently seeking an organized and proactive HR and Administration Assistant to join our team and support the smooth running of our HR and administrative functions.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Maintain and update employee files and records (both digital and hard copy).
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees. Support payroll administration by gathering employee data and ensuring timely submission to the payroll team.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.
- Manage office supplies, handle general administrative duties, and support office management.
- Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, and employee events.
- Address employee queries and provide HR-related support. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
