Role DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Commission Sales Agent to join our team in Kakamega. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our financial solutions, such as Logbook Loans and Invoice Financing. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting client meetings, explaining products, and closing sales while achieving or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image of the company.Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven expertise in Sales, including cold calling and closing deals.
  • Knowledge and experience in Insurance and related financial products is advantageous.
  • Ability to deliver Training and presentations to clients and potential partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in financial services or a similar field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
