- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of success in business development, or sales management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of hospitality market dynamics, industry trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
