- Write compelling copy for website, social media, and brochures in line with the A-List brand tone.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,Titktok and WhatsApp.
- Oversee uploading of content to platforms including BuyRent Kenya and WhatsApp catalogue.
- Liaise with sub-agents to source property content, ensure folders are correctly updated on Google Drive.
- Work with the graphic designer to create branded marketing materials.
- Conduct occasional on-site visits for content creation (BTS, reels, highlights).
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Research and implement WhatsApp marketing tools (broadcast, catalogues, automation).
- Coordinate ad boosting, content reshuffling, and property rotation on BuyRent and socials.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in real estate marketing or a fast-paced marketing environment.
- Proven track record of managing content calendars and digital campaigns.
- Excellent writing, copy-editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, and social scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with real estate platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
