- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Proven experience working with retail channels and distributors.
- Strong understanding of branding and storytelling for product marketing.
- Knowledge of sustainable products and emerging consumer trends.
- Experience using sales reporting tools or CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Passion for conservation, sustainability, and community development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.
- Strong networking ability within Kenya’s retail and hospitality sectors.
- Ability to translate Mukutan’s environmental impact into compelling product value for consumers.
