- The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, diversifying the client base, and driving revenue growth across room bookings, conferencing, and F&B services. This role requires someone with strong sales instincts, networks in the corporate, NGO, OTA, and travel trade segments, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify and secure new clients across various business segments
- Develop proposals and offers tailored to specific market needs
- Revive dormant accounts, manage and expand client portfolio beyond the existing base
- Maintain consistent communication with clients on bookings, packages, and payment follow-up
- Ability to manage and optimize the company’s online sales and presence
- Ability to manage product listings, addressing customer enquiries, analyzing sales data and executing any marketing campaigns
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Sell packages across meetings, events, rooms, and F&B services
- Promote weekday and weekend group offers
- Maintain sales pipeline, update conversion progress, and report competitor trends Marketing & Collections Support
- Collaborate with marketing and reservations to push offers
- Support follow-up on collections in liaison with finance
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality
- Proven track record in closing sales in a corporate/travel segment Skills & Attributes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Confident in handling proposals and rate negotiations
