  • Maintains regular customer contact and communication by utilizing daily planned site activities and scheduling meetings with existing.
  • Attend asset care (planning and maintenance meeting);
  • Attend customer high level meetings and Convey company requirements to site
  • Lead the water and energy project
  • Manage logistic procurement and debt follow up within site;
  • Speedy dissemination and redress of customer complaints and queries, in collaboration with relevant service line manager in charge.
  • prepare KPI for line chemical usage as per forecasted production and meet Service delivery targets.
  • Stock planning and control, liaising with operations to ensure timely delivery of service and product.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction measures and KPIs are developed, achieved and maintained
  • Chemical optimization
  • Trouble shooting and provide reports
  • Identify selling opportunities by translating our products and services into value for customers
  • Safety custodian within the site: Ensure compliance of Health & Safety Policy
  • Ensures PPE available and being used properly with site team
  • Safety Behaviour Valuation - Monthly
  • Hazardous and Chemical Handling Trainings - Quarterly
  • MSDS,PIS and chemical documentation availability Daily
Provide report on the Diageo Dash Board and review scores; preparation and submission of reports:
  • Site reports - weekly
  • Site performance report - Monthly
  • Consumption and Service delivery Tracker - daily
  • KPI reports - Monthly
  • Meeting actions tracking - Daily
  • Monitors Consumption and Makes Orders for site Stocks delivery
  • Compile and share any other report as will be required by the Customer, the line Manager and other personnel in the Business Matrix
  • Provide detailed feedback on customer issues and risks to assist BDM in decision-making.
