- Generate leads & drive outbound sales to identify new business opportunities.
- Present products & provide technical consultations to help clients understand solutions
- Act as the main client contact, handling queries and ensuring smooth communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and pro- vide tollored proposals.
- Develop account strategies to achieve sales targets while tracking pipeline in CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends & competitors, and represent the company at events.
- Provide customer insights for product improvement and ensure smooth onboarding with after-sales support.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, technical product sales, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused ap proach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic sales reporting tools
