Perform welding tasks using approved welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas Welding.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
Prepare materials and equipment before welding (cutting, cleaning, positioning, and measuring).
Ensure all welding work meets quality and safety standards.
Inspect completed welds to confirm strength, accuracy, and alignment.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Follow workplace health and safety guidelines at all times.
Report faults, defects, or safety risks to the supervisor immediately.
Work collaboratively with fabricators, technicians, and supervisors to complete projects on time.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.Requirements Certified Welder (recognized welding certification required).
Certificate / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum [2–5] years of relevant welding experience.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Knowledge of different welding methods and materials.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Good physical fitness and ability to work in a workshop/industrial environment.
