Experience & Skills
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers through persuasive communication and demonstrations.
  • Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Offer feedback and recommendations to improve product positioning and sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
  • Participate in promotional activities, product launches, and activations.
  • Represent the brand partner with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years' proven sales experience, preferably in retail, publishing, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing market conditions.
