Job SummaryThe HR administrator handles the daily record-updating and
documentation of the human resources department and is the primary contact
person for any HR-related queries. They have significant professional
experience and solid technical knowledge of human resources.The human resources department handles many different
responsibilities, and all of its duties are important for its parent
organization. Therefore, there needs to be a role that orchestrates smaller yet
important human resources tasks and is the main contact for any queries related
to the HR department’s operations.An HR administrator ensures that the human resources
department is inputting their data records and preparing vital HR documents
correctly. The role requires you to be well-versed in important human resource
domains like record-keeping, internal and external communications, analyses and
reporting, and arranging logistics.You
will work closely with the HR People Manager to ensure the whole function at
browns works well. You will also assist under any other section under Sun Power
Products Ltd., as may be assigned.ResponsibilitiesManage the training calendar + ensure trainings are on schedule.Improve HR policy manual during the annual review process.Payroll Management & Accuracy, Bonus & reward payments.Overtime Scheduling, Overtime Management, weekly shift planning.Manage the employee scheduling for the coming week and upload to work pay.Employee Benefits Administration, WIBA, Medical Insurance, OSHA Payments.Leave Management Accuracy, Documentation & Work pay records.Management Training, Disciplinary, leave procedures, Work pay Scheduling, staff
requisition.Safety, Security, Orientation for contractors, OSHA Office + Committee Liaison.Recruitment & Selection, job posting, ATS Management, shortlisting.Manage all casual employees - recruitment - contracts, orientation, end of contracts,
PPE'S.Manage the team scores & share with them monthly.Compliance - Labor Relations Liaison, regular employee handbook update.Disciplinary & Grievance - legal documentation & committee procedures.HR Data Management -Contracts, manage employee data.Manage the employees on PIP's, regular meeting setup & minutes.Daily Attendance Dashboard.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE· Accurate and fast data entry· Experience with Work Pay· Interest in food and wine· Good communication skills.· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.· Self-organization /time planning skills· Honesty and integrity· Ability to work in a team.
