- Hemingways Travel Limited is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate accounts.
- The role will focus on delivering tailored travel management solutions, building long-term client relationships, and positioning Hemingways Travel as the preferred Travel Management Company (TMC) for corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
- Respond to RFPs, RFQS, EOIs, and tenders, coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver competitive proposals.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate accounts.
- Conduct regular client review meetings (QBRS) to assess performance, savings, service levels, and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
- Act as the first escalation point for client issues, working closely with operations and management teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and management briefs.
- Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and product development discussions
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably within travel management, hospitality, technology, logistics, or professional services.
- Proven experience managing corporate accounts and closing complex deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building- abilities
