JOB SUMMARY:
  • Hemingways Travel Limited is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition, development, and retention of corporate accounts.
  • The role will focus on delivering tailored travel management solutions, building long-term client relationships, and positioning Hemingways Travel as the preferred Travel Management Company (TMC) for corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate, NGO, and institutional clients.
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQS, EOIs, and tenders, coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver competitive proposals.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings (QBRS) to assess performance, savings, service levels, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Act as the first escalation point for client issues, working closely with operations and management teams.
Cross & Upsell Services to existing clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and management briefs.
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pricing, and product development discussions
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate sales, preferably within travel management, hospitality, technology, logistics, or professional services.
  • Proven experience managing corporate accounts and closing complex deals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building- abilities
