  • Generate sales leads through site visits, referrals, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts in line with company policies
  • Convert leads into sales and manage the full order cycle (orders, logistics coordination, and payment follow-ups)
  • Serve and advise walk-in showroom customers, ensuring excellent retail service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years' experience in sales within the plumbing, hardware, or construction materials industry
  • Proven experience working with developers and contractors in the construction sector
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working both in the field and showroom
