- Supervise day-to-day electrical activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise and lead electricians and technicians in daily electrical operation and maintenance activities at utility plants and facilities.
- Execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems supporting water, wastewater, and seawater cooling operations.
- Ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical distribution systems including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, control panels, motors, and lighting systems.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work orders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within required timelines.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, pumps, panels, and control systems to minimize downtime of utility assets.
- Ensure strict compliance with MASA QHSE policies, permit-to-work systems, LOTO procedures, and safety regulations.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical documents to support maintenance and repair activities.
- Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to support continuous plant operation.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and logs in line with O&M requirements.
- Diploma or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience, preferably in utilities, water treatment, wastewater, or large O&M plant environments.
- Prior experience in a foreman or supervisory role is required.
- Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, and control circuits.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance practices in continuous-operation facilities.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
- Valid electrical certifications or licenses are preferred.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
