- Education: Master or equivalent (Advanced University Degree) in Social Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering and any other related fields.
- Work Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience is required in one or more of the following areas: programme finance and budget management, operations, monitoring and reporting, programme management, resource mobilization, external relations, or other related fields.
- Skills: Budget Monitoring, Grant Management, KPI Analysis, Donor Reporting, Data Analysis, Financial Reporting
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
- Financial Analysis, Dashboard Development, Donor Compliance, Data Consolidation, Performance Monitoring, Reporting, Digital Dexterity
- Relevant experience at country level, particularly in development, fragile settings and humanitarian contexts.
