Factory Manager – Food Processing at Achyutamz

• Control all the operations and maintain good housekeeping in the premises.
• Develop and execute plans and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organized.
• Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions, Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the production process.
• At least 10-15 years of plant management, production planning and maintenance.
• Manage the factory’s budget and control operating costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Planning of proper inventory in Engineering and packaging material stores.
• To understand and implement the Quality Management System as per the ISO & HACCP system as applicable in the Factory

• Good communication skills
• Highly numerate
• Planning and organising skills
• Ability to demonstrate leadership skills e.g. Plan, Organise, Supervise and Co-ordinate.
• Ability to identify the root cause of the problems and take corrective action
• Ability to audit all accounts and give comprehensive reports
• Ability to implement the Quality Management System as applied in the department
