- Timely reconciliation of organization's bank accounts and promptly following up reconciliation items.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Complete bank reconciliations and post all GL entries and keep the records up to date for management review.
- Perform general ledger accounting and month-end closure processes on time ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial information.
- Assistance with audit including coordination of information, document management and various auditor queries and analysis.
- Responsible for managing, maintaining and reconciling all sites that carry petty cash.
- Ensuring all reconciliation activities comply with internal policies, banking regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Identifying and escalating suspicious transactions to prevent potential losses.
- Other tasks as required by the business.
- A first degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- At least two years of related experience in a similar role required.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products (strong Excel experience is essential).

- Produce regular financial reports providing management with an overview of business and financial performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Ensure the integrity of financial models and projections through implementation of suitable controls, documentation and testing.
- Produce monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with statutory and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Develop financial KPIs which will be used to assess the success of both the business and the financial strategy.
- Analyze competitor and market financial information to provide insight to assist with decision making.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the business keeps a record of all risks and opportunities identified from the monthly balance sheet review exercise.
- Coordinate projects and capital spending review processes for the organization.
- Other tasks as required by the business.
- A first degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
- Membership of a relevant professional body e.g. ACCA/CPA.
- Previous experience managing internal and external audits and preparing financial statements will be an added advantage.

- Determine monthly revenue forecast and perform monthly revenue analysis and calculation.
- Perform daily sales revenue to volume reconciliation.
- Assists the Accounting Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
- Analyze revenue performance and analytics to identify risks and opportunities for improvements.
- Coordinate period-end closure schedules and reporting for the finance team.
- Responsible for coordinating and preparing balance sheet reconciliations for sales-related ledgers.
- Develop a strong understanding of the order to cash process that drives revenue to ensure processes and controls remain robust.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- A first degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
