  • Academic Qualifications - Degree/Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
  • Professional Certification - CPA (Intermediate and above) ACCA, CFA. Credit management certification is an added advantage
  • Experience - At least 3years in a busy financial environment, specifically in credit analysis, lending or debt recovery
  • Regulations Knowledge - In-depth and sound knowledge of statutory regulations or CBK guidelines
  • Technical Knowledge - understanding of credit risk management , loan documentation and KYC procedures

  • Analytical skills - ability to analyze financial data and make sound decisions
  • Communication - Excellent written and verbal skills for communication with clients
  • Report Writing - good acumen for producing diverse reports
  • Negotiation - ability to manage delinquent accounts and handle loan restructuring
  • Software proficiency - experience with banking systems and MOS
  • Integrity - high level of ethical behavior
