• Diploma in any of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Communications Technology, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Networking, Software Engineering, Business Information Technology, Data Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Cyber Security or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

• Collecting ICT operational data;
• Installing and configuring ICT end user devices;
• Installing, updating and configuring operating and application software;
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving network, software and hardware issues;
• Providing ICT end user support;
• Repairing and maintaining ICT equipment and associated peripherals;
• Monitoring the performance of ICT equipment;
• Undertaking basic ICT skilling; and
• Manning ICT helpdesk.
