Sales Team Lead- Exhibitions Job (80-120K)

- Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages for assigned events via telephone, Email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients across relevant industries.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the company system.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote the company and expand the client network.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and event teams to ensure successful delivery of exhibitions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least of 3 Years' Experience in the exhibitions or events industry desirable
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally in exhibitions, events, media, or B2B, B2G environments.
- Good presentation skills, e.g. using PowerPoint, Word, and similar applications
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Lead or managed a sales team
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Creativity & problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mind-set
- Strong Strategic thinking
- Must be detail oriented and have analytical skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- A team player, with stress tolerance
