In this role, you'll play a key part in attracting top talent across the region by supporting end-to-end recruitment efforts for a designated business unit. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and external networks to ensure we hire the best candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Draft compelling job descriptions and manage job postings across various platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and execute recruitment campaigns, including job fairs and university outreach.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and leverage online tools to expand candidate reach.
Provide guidance to hiring teams on best practices in interviewing and selection.
Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and internal policies, including applicant tracking.
Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Support diversity hiring initiatives and contribute to an inclusive recruitment process.
Deliver timely updates and insights to business leaders on recruitment progress and challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related HR function.
Solid understanding of recruitment laws and best practices in the African market.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Awareness of market dynamics and talent trends in the region.
