- Interpret and apply legal frameworks relevant to employment, operations, and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise management on changes impacting the business.
- Ensure group-wide legal compliance with applicable laws, including labor, tax, corporate governance, and data protection laws.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of service contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
- Standardize contract templates and enforce contract approval and risk mitigation processes across business units.
- Implement systems to track key contract milestones, obligations, and renewal timelines.
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee all active litigation and dispute matters involving the company.
- Lead strategy and interface with external counsel to safeguard Q-Sourcing’s interests.
- Actively work to reduce exposure to litigation through preventive legal advice and staff training.
- Develop and update legal policies and procedures aligned with corporate governance and compliance objectives.
- Collaborate with Risk, HR, and Finance departments to align legal practices with broader business objectives.
- Support internal audit, risk management, and compliance monitoring initiatives.
- Select, evaluate, and manage relationships with external legal counsel across all jurisdictions.
- Ensure cost-effective and high-quality legal services from all outsourced providers.
- Maintain a database of legal service providers, contracts, and performance reviews.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and systems related to legal matters.
Regulatory Compliance Incidents

Bachelor of Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master’s degree in Law or Business is an added advantage.
Admission to the Bar in at least one operating country; multi-jurisdictional qualification is a strong plus.Experience:
Minimum of 8–10 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience advising on employment law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance across Africa.
Strong background in managing legal matters within a service-based or outsourcing environment is highly desirable.
Experience working with external counsel and managing legal vendors.Skills & Competencies:
