- Enter supplier invoices and create customer invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ETR and HS code requirements.
- Liaise with stores staff to confirm order status, product availability, and dispatch timelines to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain organized records and filing of supplier/customer invoices, dispatch documents, and other accounting-related paperwork for internal tracking and audit support.
- Update and manage client billing information, SKUs, and price lists in the ERP.
- Perform journal entries and support other data entry tasks in the ERP as required.
- Provide timely responses to invoice or accounting-related queries from internal teams or clients and assist the finance department with administrative or compliance tasks.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in invoicing, data entry, or accounts support roles.
- Experience handling ETR machines and knowledge of HS code classifications under KRA TIMS system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage repetitive, high-accuracy tasks.
- Willingness to learn new systems and products quickly
