Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their academic performance.
Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders including sharing progress reports, attending meetings, and collaborating on educational strategies.
Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, methodologies, and best practices, and participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times, following established safety protocols and reporting any concerns to appropriate authorities.
Positive Role Model: Serve as a positive role model for students by demonstrating ethical behavior, respect, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and assessments, and submit required documentation promptly.
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning
Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments, etc.)
Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in regular meetings
Participate in educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with curriculum standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student participation and learning.

Prepare and deliver lessons to classes of different ages and abilities

Select and use a range of different learning resources and equipment, including podcasts and interactive whiteboards
