Headquartered in Kenya with operations across Tanzania, Ug…Finance InternThe Finance Intern will support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role provides practical exposure to finance processes, financial reporting, and compliance while developing professional skills in a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparation and posting of accounting entries and supporting schedules Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice review and filing Assist in bank and cash management activities Help compile financial data for monthly management reports
  • Assist during audits by preparing documentation and schedules
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned

  • Gain hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting
  • Understand internal controls and compliance requirements
  • Develop proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Build professional workplace skills
  • Qualifications & Requirements Education:
  • Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and work under supervision

  • Internship Duration
  • 3-6 months (subject to company policy)
