• Operate hand and power tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds effectively.
• Construct and repair masonry structures, including walls and floors.
• Prepare and apply materials like mortar, concrete, and related substances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Carry out finishing tasks such as plastering and tiling.
• Keep tools and equipment well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Complete all required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by management as needed.

• Trade Test Certificate Grade I or II in Masonry
• 3-5 years of experience in masonry work. Experience in a structured environment is a plus
• Ability to work with various materials (brick, stone, concrete).
• Knowledge of construction safety standards.
