- Own the data. Analyze KPIs such as labor cost percentage, turnover rates, absenteeism, and Training ROI to drive board-level decisions.
- Drive a high-performance culture through robust Performance Management Systems (PMS), service-standard training, and internal leadership pipelines.
- Lead union engagements (CBA), grievance handling, and disciplinary processes with strict adherence to Kenyan Labor Laws and IHRM standards.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll oversight, benefits administration, and statutory compliance via advanced HRIS platforms.
