Key Responsibilities:Strategic Business Partnering:
  • Act as a legal advisor to Department Heads on workforce planning, capacity expansion, and labor cost optimization (P&L focus).
HR Analytics & Insights:
  • Own the data. Analyze KPIs such as labor cost percentage, turnover rates, absenteeism, and Training ROI to drive board-level decisions.
Talent & Performance Management:
  • Drive a high-performance culture through robust Performance Management Systems (PMS), service-standard training, and internal leadership pipelines.
Industrial & Employee Relations:
  • Lead union engagements (CBA), grievance handling, and disciplinary processes with strict adherence to Kenyan Labor Laws and IHRM standards.
HRIS & Operations:
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in payroll oversight, benefits administration, and statutory compliance via advanced HRIS platforms.
