Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy aligned to business objectives
Shape brand positioning across bakery and confectionery categories
Lead campaign planning and execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail channels
Coordinate and manage agency deliverables, timelines, and creative quality
Maintain brand consistency across packaging, POS, and communications
Drive consumer, market, and competitor insights to guide decisions
Support trade and shopper marketing initiatives and in-store activations
Monitor budgets, ROI, and marketing performance reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
5-8 years' FMCG marketing experience - ideally food/beverage
Proven experience managing agencies and multi-channel campaigns
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder-coordination skills
A strategic thinker with strong execution discipline and a passion for brands
