This is a high-impact role involving executive scheduling, project coordination, communication, and strategic support at the highest level of the company. The right candidate will work closely with leadership, board members, and partners - and have the opportunity to grow into a Chief of Staff position.

Minimum Requirements:

8+ years in an EA or similar role
Strong English & Swahili communication
Microsoft Office expertise
Experience managing calendars, inboxes, and executive priorities
Based in Nairobi
