  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Management, or relevant field
  • At least 4 years of administrative experience in public or private sector
  • Planning, evaluation, and report writing skills
  • Knowledge of national policies and Vision 2030 goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
  • Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution
