We are seeking to hire a mature, highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant whose responsibility will be to offer administrative support in a timely manner to ensure smooth running of the Executive's office.Duties and responsibilities:Administrative duties
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, proofread, and manage professional, personal, and social media correspondence
  • Support project planning, execution, and research across multiple ventures
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for business use
  • Assist in managing the Executive's personal brand across social media platforms
  • Capture and curate quality photo/video content
  • Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers
  • Coordinate complex calendars across business, family, and personal obligations
  • Prioritize and anticipate conflicts to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Organize family calendars, children's activities, and personal events
  • Maintain organized files, office supplies, and documentation
  • Ensure professional standards in all office and admin processes
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics
  • Plan and manage events ranging from business meetings to family gatherings
  • Exercise utmost discretion in all matters
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate
Social Media duties

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an administrative or Personal assistant or a similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives with multiple business and personal responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with travel booking and expense management systems
  • Discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
