- Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, proofread, and manage professional, personal, and social media correspondence
- Support project planning, execution, and research across multiple ventures
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for business use
- Assist in managing the Executive's personal brand across social media platforms
- Capture and curate quality photo/video content
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers
- Coordinate complex calendars across business, family, and personal obligations
- Prioritize and anticipate conflicts to ensure smooth daily operations
- Organize family calendars, children's activities, and personal events
- Maintain organized files, office supplies, and documentation
- Ensure professional standards in all office and admin processes
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics
- Plan and manage events ranging from business meetings to family gatherings
- Exercise utmost discretion in all matters
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as an administrative or Personal assistant or a similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives with multiple business and personal responsibilities.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with travel booking and expense management systems
- Discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
