- Receiving incoming telephone calls.
- Drafting memos/letters.
- Keeping the chairman’s diary.
- In-charge of filing in the chairman’s Office.
- Ordering and issuing of stationery for central stores and keeping the stock bins.
- Keeping important documents for the chairman’s office e.g Work Instructions, Service Delivery Charter and other University documents.
- Performing any other work assigned by the chairman.
- Applicants must have at least KCSE D (plus) and above or equivalent
- Certificate in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution.

- Business English I
- At least three years relevant experience.
- Good Communication Skills in English and Kiswahili
- Computer Literate
