- Delivering intervention activities by facilitating group sessions.
- Referring students in need of psychosocial support to Shamiri Supervisors.
- Observing punctuality on all matters that concern the Shamiri program.
- Attending supervision meetings as communicated.
- Recording group sessions of attendance.
- Reporting to the supervisors any information necessary promptly.
- Acting, with supervision, to help ensure participant confidentiality, health, and safety.
- Data collection through the Shamiri Digital Hub during group sessions to help ensure accurate participant information.
- Must have attained at least a Grade C- in KCSE, or an equivalent qualification in GCSE, AS-level, etc.
- Must be between 18 and 22 years of age at the time of application.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Docs, Forms, Calendar) or other basic digital tools.
- Own or have access to a phone that can access the internet.
- Experience facilitating or supporting group activities, especially with adolescents or in school settings, is a plus.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes and use feedback for personal and professional growth.
- A genuine interest in helping others, particularly adolescents, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, fairness, and emotional safety.
- Alignment with the mission and values of Shamiri.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail in facilitation and reporting tasks.
- Basic knowledge or interest in mental health, wellness, or life skills education
