While offering such quality consultancy services, we value and maintain the highest professionalism, unmatched ethical and moral standards.Salesperson – ConcreteThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the construction and infrastructure sector.Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell concrete products to contractors, developers, and construction companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, site visits, and networking. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, including pricing, delivery schedules, and usage guidance.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to adapt sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress using sales tools.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Experience with concrete products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Technical understanding of concrete products and their applications
  • Strong planning organizational skills and
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage

  • Competitive salary plus commissions and travel allowance.
