- Promote and sell concrete products to contractors, developers, and construction companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, site visits, and networking. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, including pricing, delivery schedules, and usage guidance.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to adapt sales strategies.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline progress using sales tools.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Experience with concrete products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is an added advantage
