- Work with branch managers to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Prepare concise weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights with management.
- Maintain proper documentation of all sales engagements.
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (beauty industry advantage).
- Proven sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or wellness is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently.
- Professional, customer-focused, and able to meet strict sales targets.
