- Liaise with prospective buyers by providing detailed information on all Kijani Ridge residential developments, Oaklands, and Zuri Springs bulk plots, including pricing, plot sizes, and location.
- Originate, prospect, and close sales across all projects, including Tatu City (Kijani Ridge and Kofinaf), Oaklands, and Zuri Springs (plots above 1 acre).
- Assist clients through the sales journey, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience from inquiry to closing.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of both the local and international property markets to advise clients and influence their purchase decisions.
- Support the Head of Sales and Sales Leads in formulating, executing, and monitoring sales strategies to generate qualified leads and increase conversions.
- Onboard and nurture productive relationships with real estate agencies and brokerage firms to support and scale the sales process.
- Attend property exhibitions, trade shows, and seminars to stay informed on market trends and generate new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales and marketing reports as required.
- Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce), including leads, meetings, calls, client data, and site visits.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding and addressing their property investment needs.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence across Rendeavour’s key Kenyan markets and submit a quarterly trend report with insights and recommendations.
- Assist in client hosting and presentations, supporting the sales team during site visits, meetings, and special events as client interest increases across Tatu City, Oaklands, and Zuri Springs.

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, marketing or business studies in a recognized institution would be an added advantage.
- Must have sold 2-3 high value property from KES 25M on a monthly basis.
- Wide and productive network in the Kenyan business circles.
- Over 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing of real estate, banking or insurance products or liaising with companies on real estate or business development matters
