We've taken our years of experience and assets acquired over the years to provide a payments platform in the continent that focuses on driving merchant business and digital payments for local, regional, and global merchants in the continent, and digitizing both online and offline payments.Since 2003, the Cellulant team has learned, adapted and leveraged their experiences to pivot the business to become the leading payments provider in the continent.You can read more and our leaders and Champions.JOB TITLE:Project AdministratorJOB DESCRIPTION:The Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Head of PMO and the project team by assisting in project preparation, reporting, and analysis. They are responsible for ensuring project tasks are accurately recorded, managing project issues and risks, and supporting the project gating process. Additionally, they play a key role in ClickUp data management, identity and access management audits, and developing and implementing plans within ClickUp and third-party tools.Key Relationships: Project Management team, Software Development team & Product Management team.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in the preparation, reporting, and analysis of projects under the supervision of the Head of PMO.
  • To provide administrative support to the Head of PMO and the project team
  • Perform project duties, including taking minutes during meetings, and scheduling meetings and workshops, when required
  • Create a dashboard to track if all project tasks are loaded onto the project tracking system (ClickUp)
  • Record, manage, and escalate any project issues or risks identified
  • Assist with the gating process of the prioritization process
  • Review and clean up of ClickUp data
  • Developing and implementing plans and workflows within the ClickUp business and interconnectivity with third-party tools ie Netsuite
  • Set up a dashboard to track team velocity, capacity, and deliverable outputs
  • Record, manage, and escalate any project issues or risks identified.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Must have experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
  • Project Management Support: Proven experience in providing administrative support to project management teams, including scheduling, minute-taking, and task tracking.
  • Project Tracking Tools: Proficiency in project tracking systems, particularly ClickUp, including task management and reporting functionalities.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Demonstrated ability to record, manage, and escalate project issues and risks effectively.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
Experience that will count in your favor:
  • ClickUp Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools, including customization, integration with other tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical areas relevant to project management, such as data analysis, software development, or IT infrastructure management.
Nice to have experience:
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in Agile project environments.
  • Optional but advantageous certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or similar project management certifications.
SKILLS:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
