- Assist in the preparation, reporting, and analysis of projects under the supervision of the Head of PMO.
- To provide administrative support to the Head of PMO and the project team
- Perform project duties, including taking minutes during meetings, and scheduling meetings and workshops, when required
- Create a dashboard to track if all project tasks are loaded onto the project tracking system (ClickUp)
- Record, manage, and escalate any project issues or risks identified
- Assist with the gating process of the prioritization process
- Review and clean up of ClickUp data
- Developing and implementing plans and workflows within the ClickUp business and interconnectivity with third-party tools ie Netsuite
- Set up a dashboard to track team velocity, capacity, and deliverable outputs
- Record, manage, and escalate any project issues or risks identified.
- 2-3 years of experience in project administration or coordination, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
- Project Management Support: Proven experience in providing administrative support to project management teams, including scheduling, minute-taking, and task tracking.
- Project Tracking Tools: Proficiency in project tracking systems, particularly ClickUp, including task management and reporting functionalities.
- Risk and Issue Management: Demonstrated ability to record, manage, and escalate project issues and risks effectively.
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- ClickUp Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools, including customization, integration with other tools, and reporting capabilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical areas relevant to project management, such as data analysis, software development, or IT infrastructure management.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience in Agile project environments.
- Optional but advantageous certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or similar project management certifications.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
