- Acquire and manage profitable asset-focused customer relationships
- Grow the Bank’s asset portfolio through new business development and cross-selling
- Structure and manage asset-based financing solutions aligned with client needs
- Prepare and manage high-quality credit proposals and support the full financing lifecycle
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively manage risk
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in assets marketing or relationship management, or strong banking
- sales experience managing asset portfolios
- Proven expertise in credit analysis and management of borrowing clients
