Responsibilities:
- Development of new propositions and services: Aligning technology strategy, business imperatives, coordination across stakeholders and implementors
- Key interface between Product and Tech in providing solutions developed by internal teams and 3rd party suppliers
- Autonomously handle client expectations on a day-to-day level both from business requirements and technical levels
- Work with DevOps teams to agree interactions between systems and/ or new developments
- Collaborate with other team members on overall design of system configuration including identifying and documenting technical solutions for business issues
- Identify and document the application and integration designs
- Development and/or implementation of functional and non-functional requirements of built and/or purchased information systems, with a key focus on integration of systems and data
- Evaluates new product features and handles new releases of vendor software
- Identifies risks inherent to technology solutions and maintains technical debt register
- Help resolve appropriate solutions to a clearly defined problem
- Validating and ensuring system design meets the requirements. Also understand articulate any change impacts from an E2E Perspective
- Track Technical Issues
- Share and discuss design changes within architecture boards on critical design decisions
- Travel expected to other sites when required
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and security best practices
- Experience with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, SAFe for Architecture) and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Highly meticulous professionals with strong leadership skills who know how to turn ideas into solutions
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, deliverables, and stakeholders
- Able to influence peers and management; strong stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organisation
