- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and reconcile stock variances.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles are applied.
- Properly store raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and finished avocado oil products under required conditions.
- Issue materials and packaging to production and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
- Maintain GRNs, issue notes, stock cards, dispatch records, and inventory reports.
- Safeguard stores against theft, pilferage, contamination, and unauthorized access.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and audit requirements.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and quality control teams to support smooth operations.
- Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, SAP, or MS Excel).
- Understanding of food handling and safety requirements.
