  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system and reconcile stock variances.
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles are applied.
  • Properly store raw materials, packaging, spare parts, and finished avocado oil products under required conditions.
  • Issue materials and packaging to production and prepare finished goods for dispatch.
  • Maintain GRNs, issue notes, stock cards, dispatch records, and inventory reports.
  • Safeguard stores against theft, pilferage, contamination, and unauthorized access.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, GMP, and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with procurement, production, and quality control teams to support smooth operations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a storekeeper, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP, SAP, or MS Excel).
  • Understanding of food handling and safety requirements.
