Degree or Higher Diploma in Nursing
5+ years of nursing experience in a reproductive health setup (with at least 2 years as Deputy Matron)
Training in BEMONC, BLS AND ACLS is an added advantage
Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya
Valid practicing license
Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of kenya

Medical OfficerRequirements:

Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution
Registered with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC)
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, post-internship
Valid and current Practicing License
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Additional training post college in areas obstetrics and gynecology Training in BEMONC, BLS AND ACLS is an added advantage
Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of kenya

Clinical Officer – PaediatricsRequirements:

Higher Diploma in Paediatrics or Child Health from a recognized institution. Degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
Registration certificate from the Clinical Officers Council.
Valid practicing licence
At least one 1 year relevant experience in paediatric services
Demonstrated competence in paediatric patient assessment and management.
Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution
Training in BEMONC, BLS AND ACLS is an added advantage
Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of kenya

Clinical Officer – Reproductive HealthRequirements:

Higher Diploma in Reproductive Helth from a recognised institution.
Degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognised institution.
Registration certificate from the Clinical Officers Council.
Valid practicing license
At least one 1 year relevant experience in Reproductive Health services
Certificate in computer application skills from a recognized institution
Training in BEMONC, BLS AND ACLS is an added advantage
Satisfy the requirement of chapter six of the constitution of kenya

Theatre TechnicianRequirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Theatre Technology.
At least 2 years relevant experience in a busy Theatre set-up. Demonstrate competence in handling surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
·Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Training in BEMONC, BLS AND ACLS is an added advantage
