In 2021, KOKO was selected as the world's leading emerging markets climate technology solution by FT/IFC.As the Senior Manager - Analytics, you will deliver key business insights to guide commercial and operating strategy by developing metrics, dashboards and analyses. You will lead a team of analysts integrated through the business.What You Will Do
  • Work closely with business units to gain a thorough understanding of their set-up, needs, processes and technology
  • Build models to identify trends, forecast performance, and identify improvements to company strategy, products, and operations across business areas
  • Design, run and communicate data-driven insights that influence commercial and operating strategy
  • Design and prepare company dashboards and other key stakeholder reporting
  • Design and develop automation tools to streamline day-to-day activities
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and overall integrity of business metrics
  • Develop and maintain analytics documentation, training material, best practices and overall data toolkit
  • Lead, train and develop a cross functional team of analysts
What You Will Bring to KOKO
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Engineering, or Business
  • 12+ years of experience in a data analysis, consulting or other quantitatively rigorous role
  • Strong background in people management and having built successful high performing teams in their previous roles
  • Strong aptitude for project management, including ability to balance and rebalance priorities, clarify stakeholder requirements, lead cross-functional efforts, pay keen attention to detail and keep deliverables on schedule
  • Familiarity & facility with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Domo, or Looker
  • Coding experience in SQL, Python, Excel, and advanced statistical methods
  • Well developed communication skills, especially on technical subjects, adaptable to suit business and engineering audiences as appropriate
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally with prior experience at a growth-stage startup or multinational corporate as a data leader and business partner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to bridge gaps across cultures and backgrounds
  • Unquestionable integrity and ability to embed company culture and values within teams
