- Preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
- Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and internal workflows
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Supporting onboarding and training of clients on technical solutions
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (technical environment preferred)
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be a female
