Our purpose is to of…Administrative Assistant - Technical Sales SupportThis role goes beyond traditional administration it sits at the intersection of customer experience, technical coordination, and sales support. The ideal candidate will bring both a strong administrative foundation and a background in biomedical or related technical fields to effectively bridge communication between clients, technical teams, and internal operations.Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supporting day-to-day technical sales operations
  • Managing client communication and inquiries with professionalism
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation
  • Coordinating meetings, follow-ups, and internal workflows
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Supporting onboarding and training of clients on technical solutions
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (technical environment preferred)
  • Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, or related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail
  • Must be a female
