• Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety in the kitchen.
• Assist in food preparation, chopping, and ingredient organization.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used correctly and maintained properly.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
• Follow health and safety regulations as per restaurant policies.

• Previous experience as a cook, chef, or kitchen assistant is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
