Metropol is also licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya to provide Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) Services to ALL banksMarketing Strategy & Communications OfficerAcademic, Professional Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing, customer relationship management, or public relations, preferably within financial services, data, or B2B sectors.
Proven experience in content development, campaign execution, promotions, and event management.
Familiarity with market research, marketing trends, performance reporting, and analytics tools.
Established networks within the financial services sector, professional associations, or related membership bodies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting, editing, and proofreading.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to make data informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and working within budgetary constraints.
