Summit Recruitment and Search Africa is a leading Recruitment and Executive Search agency head quartered in Kenya providing outstanding talent to a wide range of companies and NGOs in various business sectors across Africa.Our client a cosmetics distribution chain with several branches is seeking to hire a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital marketer based in Nairobi. He/She will oversee supporting the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing strategy to drive ecommerce traffic and sales, managing social media accounts to engage with customers and developing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have a relevant bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 4 years' experience as a digital marketer using WooCommerce preferably for the beauty and cosmetics sector.Key Responsibilities· Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to promote omnichannel sales.· Manage and update the company’s website and online store, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.· Create engaging content for all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement (to both online and offline push).· Manage monthly Ad Campaigns for both the client and third party brands· SEO optimization· Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement) and provide insights to optimize campaigns.· Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement email marketing campaigns and newsletters.· Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance the company’s online presence.Qualifications:· Must have a relevant bachelor's degree.· Must have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing preferably for the beauty and cosmetics industry.· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, WooCommerce (PDP uploads, banner design, optimizing UI/UX), and social media management tools (Google my Business, Meta for Business, Tik Tok).· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Knowledge of the cosmetics industry is a plus.Please click on the tab below to apply:We endeavour to make contact with all of our applicants, but unfortunately, high volumes of applications make this unrealistic.
