Responsibilities:
  • Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Engage in strategic planning with management to drive organizational success.
  • Communicate strategy and results effectively to the staff.
  • Lead key hiring and talent development programs within the business development department.
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to empower our team members to excel in business development.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop innovative solutions for our clients.
  • Establish and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
  • Manage a high-performing team of program managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Business, Finance, Agriculture, etc.).
  • Proven experience in program development and management.
  • Success in fundraising, including grant writing and donor relations.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
